Soon, Draw-Tite became a symbol of craftsmanship in the towing industry. He built a trailer hitch for his car and, since he already had the name copyrighted, he called it a Draw-Tite. Fortunately, Bill was also an avid RV’er. Unfortunately, that was about the time residential clothes dryers became popular and there wasn’t much call for the original Draw-Tite.

Our trailer hitches are covered by a Nationwide/Lifetime limited warranty. Most installations take 30 minutes or less. A dealer simply bolts Draw-Tite’s one piece, welded trailer hitches to the vehicle’s frame. This makes them easy to install.
Occupying an additional 100,000 square feet in total, our warehouses are located in Corona, California Goshen and Southbend, Indiana Oakville, Ontario Starke, Florida Burlington, New Jersey Arlington, Texas and Fife, Washington. Seven regional warehouses offer same day shipment of orders up to 2,000 lb. We operate a manufacturing facility totaling 100,000 square feet of state-of-the-art production capabilities in Goshen, Indiana. Currently, Draw-Tite manufactures over 750 different trailer hitches and over 600 accessories and parts covering approximately 3850 vehicle applications.
